Provider Code of Conduct

To maintain a high-quality, trustworthy community, all Providers on The Cyber Exchange must adhere to the following standards:

1. Professionalism: 
Respond to project requests and communications promptly. 
Deliver services with integrity, transparency, and respect.

2. Accuracy: 
—Keep your profile, certifications, and availability up to date. 
—Only submit proposals on projects you are qualified to complete.

3. Fair Play:
—Do not circumvent the platform to avoid fees. 
—Do not submit misleading or fraudulent proposals.

4. Compliance:
—Follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and data protection regulations.
—Report violations or unethical behavior to The Cyber Exchange team.

5. Conflicts of Interest:
Providers should disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could materially affect their ability to perform services objectively.

6. Confidential Information:
Providers shall protect all confidential information obtained through the platform and use such information solely for purposes of the applicable engagement.

7. Insurance:
Providers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, certifications, and insurance reasonably required to perform their services.

8. Enforcement:
The Cyber Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any alleged violation of this Provider Code of Conduct or any other applicable platform policy. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, The Cyber Exchange may issue warnings, remove content, suspend or restrict account privileges, terminate a Provider's account, or take any other action it deems appropriate to protect the integrity, security, and reputation of the platform. Nothing in this Code limits The Cyber Exchange's rights under its Terms of Use or applicable law.
