The guided process walks Requesters through defining the scope before Provider selection begins. AI is used as an assistive tool to improve inputs and follow industry best practices without replacing human expertise. The result is a clearer RFP matched to qualified Providers.

We firmly believe in using AI as a tool, not a single source of truth. Requesters can define project requirements more clearly while following industry standards. The tool also helps consistently structure requests to move quickly from request to execution with clearer expectations.

Providers are matched to well-scoped opportunities based on their engineers' technical capabilities and areas of specialization. This qualification model brings visibility to Provider experience while improving alignment between Requesters and Providers.

Creating an RFP is free for Requesters. Costs are paid by the Provider upon a successful project bid.
